Hospitality Corporation seeks to diversify from its core management and consulting practice to an Independent Brand Owner & Operator by establishing and soon after maximizing the asset value of its hotel/resort property portfolio by operating each as Hotels/Resorts and Fractional Ownership (Vacation) Properties.

The hotel aspect will serve to maximize annual operating income while the vacation ownership component maximizes capital creation and reduces the vacancy factor. This hotel/vacation model will allow P.R. Hospitality Corporation to fund new hotel/resort property purchases, particularly in the high-demand, North America, Latin America and Caribbean resort areas, through operating cash flow created by the sale of its vacation ownership component and ongoing management fees, thereby requiring little equity capital to grow its portfolio of resort/hotel properties.

A significant part of P.R. Hospitality Corporation’s investment strategy is the acquisition, rehabilitation, and repositioning of distressed or under-managed assets, and we anticipate achieving a high level of success with these types of value-added transactions.
